What this site is

This site describes a business funding service and provides an application form for it. Nothing on it is an offer of funding, a commitment to fund, or financial, legal or tax advice. Figures used to illustrate how funding works are illustrations, not quotes.

Submitting an application

Completing and signing the application authorises us to assess it and to present it to funding partners. It does not create an agreement to provide funding and it does not oblige you to accept anything offered. Any funding that follows is governed by the separate agreement you sign for it, and that agreement prevails over anything on this site.

What you are confirming

  • You are at least 18 and authorised to apply on behalf of the business.
  • The information entered is true and complete as far as you know it.
  • The bank statements uploaded are genuine statements of the business named.
  • The funding is sought for business purposes only.

Applications found to contain deliberately false information are declined and may be reported.

Commercial use only

What is arranged through this site is commercial throughout. It is outside the consumer-credit regime, carries none of that regime's protections, and may not be applied to a household.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, probe or overload this site, submit applications for businesses you have no authority over, upload files containing malicious code, or scrape the site by automated means. Access may be refused where any of that is happening.

Availability

The site stands as it is. Availability and accuracy are both worked at, neither is warranted, and any part of it may be altered or taken down at any time.

Where this site links elsewhere, the linked site is not under our control and we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.

Limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last were.

These terms describe how the site and the application actually behave. They have not been reviewed by counsel, and no governing law or venue is named because the correct one depends on where the entity is formed. Both are worth settling before any significant volume of applications is taken.
