Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern. Applications and statement uploads are accepted at any hour; they are read during office hours.

The direct line and inbox for this office are being published shortly. Until they are, the fastest route is to start the application and add your question in the funding-use field - whoever picks up the file will call you about it before anything else happens.
What to have ready
- Three months of business bank statements, as PDFs from your bank's site.
- The EIN and the legal name of the entity as it is registered.
- A rough monthly deposit figure. An estimate is fine at the first call.
- Whether anything is currently being repaid, and roughly what is left on it.
If you are already in a file
Use the link you were sent rather than starting again. A second application for the same business makes two records and slows both of them down.
